At Coastal Mile Clothing Co., every item is custom made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right. Eligible refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
